Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through this Online Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via this Online Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. We may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by us until the product has been shipped.

Quantity Limitations

We may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. We may reject any order, or any part of an order. We may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via this Online Store.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through this Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that we will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colors

We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Online Store site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

Pricing and Product Information

We make every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to our products, services, and prices, but do not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to our products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with us, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Security and Privacy

This Online Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet. When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".

Payment and Shipment

You may pay for your order by using one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa® or MasterCard®. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, shipped and billed within 3 business days. We do not process, ship or bill on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Note: "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays

In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if we decline to accept your order. If your card has been charged, we will process a refund.

Packages sent "FedEx Ground" should arrive within 3-6 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are determined by the total shipping weight of your order based on your preferred shipping method. In the case of a misquoted shipping charge, you will be notified before your order is processed to secure your approval of the updated cost.

Note: Next business day orders to some remote continental U.S. locations won't arrive the next day. In addition, not all orders may be able to be shipped next business day, as per our discretion. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in such cases.

In the event any portion of your shipment will be delayed, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail or telephone, using the e-mail address or phone number you provided, and you may elect to cancel or modify the order. If you elect to cancel or modify the order, we will only bill you for your modified order, or will not charge your credit card in the case that you cancel the order.

Shipping and Handling

When you order physical products, shipping and handling charges will usually be added to the cost of your order. Generally, all orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes, or to any location outside of the United States.

Sales Tax

We collect and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via this Online Store in the state of California. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number (contact 760-716-5873) evidencing your status at the time of purchase. We will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and we are required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse us for the amount of such tax, and our reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.

Warranties

The only warranties we provide with respect to any product or service purchased through this Online Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written documentation accompanying such product or service.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, provided that the product is unopened and unmarked, and the product is in the original packaging in which it was sold.

All returns are handled as follows:

Return of Product – To process a return, please contact an Online Store sales representative at 760-716-5873. We may refuse to accept the return of any product if it was purchased more than 15 days prior to its requested return.

Return of Product due to Shipping Error – You may return any products purchased directly from this Online Store if they have been shipped by our error. For shipping errors, we will pay the return shipping charges. Returned items must be unopened and unmarked, and the product must be in the original packaging in which it was sold. All components and accessories originally packaged with or accompanying the products must also be present. Reebs Lures, at its sole discretion, may charge the customer for any missing components or accessories.
